foregoing, any provision of this agreement may be varied, supplemented
or amended only if AIM Corp so agree in writing.
Your Obligations

derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner (to be determined in AIM

Indemnity

(including but not limited to hacking), property damage or pecuniary
losses (howsoever arising) which AIM Corp may sustain, incur, suffer
or pay arising out of, in connection with or pursuant to this agreement,
or your use of this site.
Waiver
(i) Any provision of this agreement may be waived
only if AIM Corp so agree in writing provided that such waiver may
be given subject to conditions thought fit by AIM Corp and shall
be effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which
it is given.
(ii) No failure on the part of AIM Corp to exercise,
and no delay on its part in exercising, any right or remedy under
this agreement will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any
single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude other or
further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or
remedy. The rights and remedies provided in this agreement are cumulative
and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies (whether provided
by law or otherwise).
Assignment
The rights and obligations under this agreement shall not be capable
of assignment by you and shall be binding on and inure for your benefit
or your successors and permitted assigns.
Linked Sites
Sites or pages that are linked to this site are for information only.
AIM Corp has no responsibility for the content of sites or pages linked
to this site and AIM Corp accepts no responsibility or liability for
any losses or penalties whatsoever that might be incurred as a result
of linking to any other page or site.
Contacting AIM Corp
By contacting AIM Corp via this site you agree not to submit any materials
that (a) libel, defame, invade privacy, or are obscene
or harassing; (b) infringe any intellectual property
rights of any third party; (c) contain a virus or
other harmful material; (d) violate any law or regulation;
(e) advocate illegal activity; (f) advertise
or solicit goods or services; or (g) misrepresent
your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Privacy Policy
AIM Corp shall not disclose to any third party any personal information
you may provide when accessing this site or contacting AIM Corp, except
where consent is given or disclosure is required by law.
Severability
If any provision in this agreement is found or held to be invalid
or unenforceable, then the meaning of such provision shall be construed
to the fullest extent allowed by law so as to render the provision
valid and enforceable, and if no such construction is possible, the
invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect
the other provisions of this agreement and all provisions not affected
by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force
and effect.
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Cap. 53B
A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no rights
under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Cap. 53B to enforce
any of its terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the Republic of Singapore, and by using this site, AIM Corp/you
hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
