Once a design moves from prototype to production, our 15 pallet machining centres and bar fed lights out multi axis turning capabilities, give us the ability to productionise our customers’ requirements and drive down manufacturing costs ensuring our customers products are bought to market at a price point which drives their sales forward. A mentality of striving for continuous improvement is ingrained in our teams, so matter which stage of a products life cycle it may be in, our teams will continue to present opportunities to our customers to drive down cost.
Our investment in manufacturing equipment is equally matched by our investment in a total quality management system. All sites are AS9100 and we are very proud that our site in Malaysia was one of the first independent subcontractors in the far east to offer Nadcap approved services.
